Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for secure checkout.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Once orders are placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to make a change, email us at support@deijaebrand.com within 1 hour and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it ships.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! Stay tuned by following us on Instagram for updates.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Q: What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.   If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund within 14-21 days of delivery.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

No, since all products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for different sizes, colors or if you changed your mind. 

📦 Tracking & Issues

Q: I never got my order—what now?

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your item, contact your local carrier first. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll look into it.

Q: My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Send a photo and your order number to support@deijaebrand.com within 48 hours and we’ll fix it fast.

🎯 Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to choose? Each product has a sizing chart listed in the description. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?

Some of our drops are limited edition—but if there’s demand, we just might. Follow us @deijaebrand for updates.
